The Parish Council of St Sampson is consulted about, and asked to comment on, all Planning applications made within our area. It also has the right to comment on applications made in adjoining parishes.

Members of the public may express opinion about planning issues to the Parish Council in writing, or, verbally at the monthly P/C meetings.

Individuals also have the right to formally comment, directly to the planning department. This can be done in writing or, on line.  Planning applications may be viewed  at the Cornwall Council website where, links also provide the opportunity to support or, object to, specific applications.
